Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns. This fee is waived if the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. For our Color Changing Foundation, we also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — if the foundation doesn't blend seamlessly with your tone, you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

How do I return a product?

To initiate a return, email our customer service team at kefu28035@gmail.com with your order number, a reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable. Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Please ship the return within 30 days of receiving your RA number. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund promptly. You can choose a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for products of equal value. If the exchange item is a different value, the customer is responsible for the price difference. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.
